Modern coworking space maintains historic charm in downtown Laramie

Located in a local landmark building, The Durlacher coworking space recently opened its doors to the Laramie, Wyoming community. The new workspace features offices, meeting rooms, fast internet speed, a kitchen and a locker room with showers, all available to Laramie-area residents and visitors alike. 24/7 access to The Durlacher is also all available with select membership levels.

The Durlacher building was originally constructed in 1872. Founders Maggi, Nick and Jerad wanted to honor the history of the building and named several of the coworking space’s meeting rooms after businesses that previously occupied the address. Exposed brick, large windows and modern touches in the furnishings, lighting and finishes provide a unique and beautiful workspace unlike any other in Laramie.

Professionals from all industries are welcome at The Durlacher and new members include everyone from creatives to realtors to attorneys. The Durlacher also offers a full event schedule for coworking space members and the public to meet and connect.

Members of coworking spaces in the Proximity Network can use a monthly guest pass to drop in to The Durlacher or any other coworking space in the Proximity Network.
