Proximity partners with the State of Colorado’s Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) to help communities in rural areas in Colorado open coworking spaces by facilitating the Coworking 101 initiative of RTAP (Rural Technical Assistance Program, formerly Blueprint 2.0). After completion of Proximity’s School of Coworking and working with Startup Colorado to identify the business needs of these rural communities, we take these communities on a two-day coworking space tour in Denver.

Each of the unique spaces we toured has a different mission and model. Having the opportunity to learn from these spaces was an invaluable experience and we are grateful for the opportunity to get to work with rural communities throughout Colorado through RTAP.
