The Proximity School of Coworking provides you with the tools, training, and confidence to create and manage your coworking space. Courses cover key topics including business and financial models, leases, design and layout, amenities, and marketing. Class sizes are small to ensure you get to know other founders and managers, and get personalized support.

“I am a complete rookie when it comes to coworking, and I found both courses and their content to be very well organized. The topics were always relevant and useful. Never once did I go away from a class feeling like what I learned wasn’t valuable and useful. It was well worth the time I invested!”

“I just wanted to thank you for this week’s class. It was serendipitous that I also had my first meeting with a prospective landlord today. Right off the bat he started quoting prices for ‘CAMs’ and talking about ‘TIs’ and I would have had no idea what those things were without this week’s class!”
