Proximity is connecting the mobile workforce through a growing network of independent coworking spaces. We help hundreds of space owners and managers simplify logistics and more easily manage door access, billing, conference room booking, events, and guest visits. We also help entrepreneurs, remote workers, and digital nomads access coworking spaces where they’ll find a supportive and like-minded community.

We built Proximity as a solution to manage our own coworking spaces when we couldn’t find an affordable, integrated offering with all the features we needed. Other spaces started to hear about our platform and wanted to try it, and we realized that maybe we weren’t the only ones who needed a better software solution.

Since 2017 we’ve continually refined our platform, expanded its features, and talked with hundreds of coworking space managers to understand what they need to effectively run their businesses. The Proximity Network keeps growing with incredible coworking spaces that are hubs of collaboration and entrepreneurial activity in their communities.

Proximity was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Montrose and Grand Junction, Colorado.
